Study On The Influence Of Subject Heterogeneity On Cooperative Performance In Industry-University-Research Cooperation

With the rapid development of economy and society,the constraints of resources and environment are gradually strengthened,and the extensive economic development model is unsustainable.The transformation of economic development mode depends on the improvement of the contribution of science and technology to economic development.Implementing innovation-driven development is the core of the overall development.New scientific discoveries from universities and scientific research institutes have increasingly become the source of scientific and technological innovation.Enterprises' technological innovation needs more and more innovative achievements which they provide,and the cooperative innovation of industry,University and research has become inevitable.Industryuniversity-research cooperation not only makes enterprises occupy the commanding height of science and technology development,but also makes the new technology developed by universities and research institutes have commercial and industrial value.However,compared with other countries,the success rate of industry-university-research cooperation in China is very low.Therefore,the issue of industry-university-research cooperation has become a hot topic for scholars.With the deepening of the research on industry-university-research cooperation,the academic circles have also made some achievements.It is generally acknowledged that the heterogeneity of the cooperation subjects in the industry-university-research cooperation has a direct impact on the formation of the cooperation relationship and the cooperation performance.How the heterogeneity of subjects affects the performance of cooperation and how to improve the performance of cooperation by changing the behavior of heterogeneous subjects has become an urgent problem to be solved in the Industry-University-Research cooperation.Based on the research results in related fields,this paper combs the concept and manifestation of the heterogeneity of the subject of the cooperation of industry,University and research institutes in detail,drawing on the innovation theory of cooperation between industry-University-research institutes,resource view theory and transaction cost theory,and puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between the heterogeneity of the subject and the performance of the cooperation.In view of how to improve the cooperation performance of heterogeneous subjects,this paper points out the importance of the system in the Industry-University-Research cooperation,and puts forward the hypothesis between the system and the cooperation performance.The hypothesis is verified by the laboratory method in experimental economics.It is concluded that the heterogeneity of subjects has a negative impact on the performance of cooperation,and that the system has a significant role in promoting the performance of cooperation.In the analysis of the mechanism of the heterogeneity of the main body of the industry-university-research cooperation on the cooperation performance,this paper analyses the different stages of the cooperation.In the initial stage of industry-university-research cooperation the government should issue some policies to assist enterprises and institutions,and in the middle and later period,relevant systems should be established in the cooperative system to manage and restrain the cooperative subjects.Finally,it draws relevant conclusions and puts forward its own suggestions,which will provide some new directions and basis for the promotion of industryuniversity-research cooperation in China in the future.
