With the deepening of economic globalization,people's awareness of insurance has gradually improved,and domestic and foreign insurance companies have developed rapidly.At present,many insurance companies are competing in the market.At present,various insurance companies have gradually formed their own performance management systems with their own characteristics in their development.However,the theories and systems of performance management are constantly changing.How to attract talents and motivate employees to improve their performance in the increasingly competitive insurance industry so as to ultimately achieve the company's strategic objectives? This requires thinking about how to use the performance management method to give full play to the role of the performance management system.In recent years,the rapid rise of HT insurance in Henan Branch has created a remarkable speed of development,following the institutional development principle of "developing a mature Branch and making the Branch to be successful ".Now after more than ten years of the development layout,HT insurance has initially completed the Henan territory of the organization laying and network layout.At present,the development and management of HT Insurance Henan Branch has gradually entered the mature period,and the problems of performance management in the process of rapid development in the early stage have also been exposed gradually,such as imperfect performance management system,unreasonable goal setting of performance management assessment,the application scope of performance assessment results in specific staff management is not broad,and the communication and feedback mechanism of performance evaluation needs to be improved urgently.With the continuous emergence of many problems,its own performance management issues have become a key link restricting the company's follow-up development.The future competition is the competition of talents.Attracting high-quality talents and giving full play to employees' enthusiasm and subjective initiative have been paid more and more attention by the management of HT Insurance Company.Performance management,as the core content of human resources management,plays a decisive role in the development and vitality of enterprises.Under the realistic conditions,the optimization and upgrading of performance management system and its effective implementation are very important to refine the team,improve the competitivenessand achieve the goal of the enterprise.This paper studies the performance management system of Henan Branch of HT Insurance,raises questions and analyses the reasons.Based on the current development objectives and the actual situation of performance management of Henan Branch,and drawing on the advanced experience of performance management of benchmarking enterprises,it puts forward constructive performance improvement strategies and performance management optimization programs,and provides theoretical basis and reference scheme for the company to establish a scientific and reasonable performance management system in the future to achieve "objectivity,openness,balance,simplicity" of performance management and form a competitive performance management system.At last it revitalizes the talent team,improves the talent structure,forms a convenient and flexible market-oriented employment mechanism,improves staff performance level,and lays a solid foundation for the follow-up development of HT Insurance Henan Branch.
