| In recent years, with the rapid economic and social development of China, taking up a lot of land resources, through the development of land consolidation and the comprehensive rectification work, can increase the quantity and quality of cultivated land, realize the sustainable development of land resources. Land consolidation is a large investment, complex procedures, involving a wide range of work, so the land consolidation benefit of scientific and reasonable evaluation, theory support and technology has significance for the reasonable and orderly operation of guiding the work of the. At present, although the benefit evaluation of land consolidation are studied, but mostly qualitative evaluation research, construction, in the index system to determine the index weight and comprehensive score calculation exists many problems. Therefore, building a suitable evaluation index system, scientific and reasonable to carry out land consolidation benefit evaluation, is an urgent problem we are facing at present.This research study the basis of the deep analysis on the literatures of domestic and abroad research and related theory basis and method choice, located in a land of Shanxi Province Yanggao County consolidation project as research objects, aiming at the ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit three aspects of benefit evaluation to construct the evaluation index, the calculation method of hierarchical analysis sampling, to determine the weights of the indexes of the three major benefits were 0.54,0.16 and 0.30, revealing the relationship between different evaluation index. Calculation of three big benefit and comprehensive benefit evaluation method based on weighted sum of the scores were 83.11, 82.49,95.30,84.06. The results of this study for the scientific and rational evaluation of the project economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits and comprehensive benefits to provide theoretical and technical support. |
