In recent years the construction of shopping centers in China has been carried out in full swing all over the country.With the large and medium-sized shopping centers have basically completed their radiation coverage of the main core areas of the city,community shopping centers are gradually becoming a hot spot of commercial investment.At present,the community shopping centers in the existing urban layout present a diversified distribution,from the urban center to non-core areas,and even the secondary commercial district.Because the business format planning and space design of the existing community shopping centers are simple copies of the existing large and medium-sized shopping center design experiences with good feedbacks,and they lack targeted design based on their own unique characteristics,and therefore,this paper provides a certain practical significance to explore its related design guidance and design methods.Based on the research of the business format and space design of the community shopping centers in the south of Fujian Province,this paper studies the composition of business format and space layout of the community shopping centers through the field investigation and comparative analysis of typical cases.Starting from the three main aspects of entrance and exit setting,space construction of traffic aorta and space humanization,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the business format and spatial adaptability under the new normalcy of consumption,excavates and summarizes the main points of business format and space design of community shopping centers,and finally puts forward corresponding strategies,which has certain theoretical significance.The article first introduces the macro background of the study,researches the summary and development of community shopping centers,and summarizes its current situation and development trend.Then starting with the economic characteristics of south of Fujian Province,this paper expounds the development trend of the community shopping center in the south of Fujian,and selects the representative typical cases to collect data and conduct field investigation.It collects relevant data of shopping center business format and space design by means of field observation and data statistics,aggregates and compares the data,and grasps the common features reflected thereof,so as to grasp the several key points of community shopping center business format and space design as a whole.Combining with the new normalcy of current consumption,this paper analyzes the special needs of the business format and spatial adaptability of the current community shopping centers,understands how the business format and space affect the behavior of the consumer group,analyzes the survey results and summarizes the design points,and finally induces the suggested design strategy which adapts to the community shopping center business format and the space design,in order to provide certain reference values to the design and the follow-up research of community shopping centers which are under construction and will be built in the future.
