Research On Enterprise Ethics From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

As the micro subject of market economy,whether enterprises can keep healthy development is related to the long-term economic development and social stability of a region and even a country.The enterprise ethics management can not only ensure the enterprise always maintain the correct mode of operation,promote enterprise and social harmony,and to strengthen the enterprise internal cohesion,reduce operating costs,at the same time in the process of enterprise management and cooperation deals between enterprises to reduce costs,to create a positive corporate image of sunshine,the enhancement enterprise competitive advantage in market competition.In this article,through analysis of enterprise at present problems,probing into the cause of the problems in the process of enterprise management,the author combined with the stakeholder theory,core stakeholders marketing management mainly from the enterprise external and internal core stakeholders,discusses the two aspects of human resource management research confirms the necessity of enterprise ethics management and ethical management role in long-term sustainable development of the company,at the same time the author ideological and political education to the enterprise how to carry out professional ethics management put forward his original ideas.In this paper,from general analysis to the analysis of specific enterprises,the marketing ethics management and human resources ethics management of enterprises are discussed in depth.Combined with author's working experience in G insurance company at the same time and the author itself for G company,investigating the situation of relevant business of G insurance company marketing ethical management and human resources management two aspects put forward its own solution,respectively from set up the core values,to strengthen professional ethics education,to create a fair and just business environment and humanistic care and set up the humanist management idea put forward its own views on the development of G company,to promote the development of insurance companies,maintain social stability,promote social prosperity has certain effect and the positive significance.
