Study On Land Use Benefit And Spatial Differentiation Of Urban Agglomeration

Along with the economic growth and the reform and improvement of land policy,land development and utilization have produced great economic benefits,but the unreasonable land use method has made the land supply and demand contradiction more and more serious.During this period,many urban agglomerations emerged,and the benefits and side effects brought by urban development radiated to surrounding cities.In order to alleviate the contradiction between land supply and demand,it has been exploring the way to rationally allocate land resources.How to improve land use efficiency has become the key way to solve the problem.Through to the urban agglomeration spatial differentiation patterns and its reasons were discussed,is advantageous to the differentiation of regional land use policy and reasonable to solve the existing problems such as irrational land use in China.In this paper,from the land use economic benefit,social benefit of land use,land use ecological three dimensions to build land utilization benefit index evaluation system,to explore the spatial differentiation characteristics of land use efficiency.In BeijingTianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration as the research object,selecting two years 2010 and 2016 as the research point,the improved entropy method is used to determine the index weight and the comprehensive benefits of land utilization level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration to measure,by means of coupling coordination degree model to measure the coordination development level,and finally using Geo DA software of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration of land use benefit coupling coordination level of spatial correlation analysis.Results show that:(1)The research period of each research unit showed a trend of decline in the overall comprehensive benefits of land utilization level,changes in each research unit amplitude is relatively small,obvious differences.The economic benefit of land use in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration has formed the zonal distribution feature of radiation from the middle to the poles,and the spatial agglomeration of social benefit and ecological benefit is not obvious.(2)The coordination level of regional land use benefit is decreasing as a whole,and the coordination level of urban land use benefit is quite different at the same time.The coordination level of land use benefit of each research unit is mainly affected by the balance degree between economic,social and ecological dimensions.(3)In 2010 and 2016 of the Beijing-TianjinHebei urban agglomeration of land use benefits are negative spatial correlation and spatial layout to the node city clustering characteristics significantly,this was partly due to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration cities benefit coordination degree of land use difference is bigger,Beijing,Tianjin as a coordination degree higher node city,with its adjacent to the low level of urban land use benefits coordination,in the global formed the whole space differentiation characteristics;On the other hand,it is also related to the location characteristics of cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration that are relatively independent and have relatively simple adjacency relations among cities.The spatial differentiation of urban land use benefit is mainly affected by the radiation effect of node cities on other cities and the coordination level of land use benefit between cities.
