Research On The Coupling Coordination Relationship Between Urbanization And Urban Land Use Efficiency In Liaoning

Improving the efficiency of urban land use is conducive to the development of urbanization,and the agglomeration effect produced by urbanization also contributes to the improvement of the efficiency of urban land use.Urbanization and urban land use benefit are two independent systems,which affect each other and restrict each other.As a province of northeast old industrial base,Liaoning's urban development and land use have their own uniqueness.Compared with most of the provinces in China,on the one hand,Liaoning province has the advantages of good industrial base and high level of urbanization,on the other hand,there are many problems such as large urban area and unreasonable urban land use.At present,Liaoning has entered the accelerating stage of urbanization.The demand for land will further aggravate the pressure of land resources supply.In the background of industrial structure optimization and upgrading of Liaoning Province,only the coordinated development of urbanization and urban land use efficiency can promote the healthy and sustained development of social and economic development in Liaoning Province.Therefore,this paper studies the coupling and coordinated development of urbanization level and urban land use efficiency in all cities of Liaoning province.This paper mainly discusses the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and urban land use efficiency in Liaoning province through six parts.The first part is the introduction.First,it discusses the background and significance of this topic;secondly,it summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad;finally,it introduces the research content and research methods of this paper.The second part briefly introduces the theoretical basis and related concepts.The concepts of urbanization and urban land use efficiency were defined,and the system theory,coordination theory and sustainable development theory were introduced.The third part describes the situation of urbanization and urban land use in Liaoning province.First,the present situation of the overall urbanization and urban land use in Liaoning province is analyzed.Secondly,using the panel data of each city in Liaoning province for 2006-2015 years,through the construction of the evaluation index system,the urbanization level of 14 cities in Liaoning province and the comprehensive index of the urban land use benefit are calculated respectively,and the results show that Liaoning is in Liaoning.The level of urbanization and the benefit of urban land use in all cities show a trend of increasing to decrease,and the change range of land use efficiency is more significant than that of urbanization.There are great regional differences between urbanization and urban land use efficiency in Liaoning province.In the fourth part,the coupling coordination degree model is constructed by using the coupling concept in physics.The coupling coordination state of urbanization and urban land use efficiency in 2006-2015 years in Liaoning province is analyzed in time and space.The analysis results show the coupling coordination of the city urbanization and the urban land use efficiency in Liaoning Province.The dispatch distribution is between 0.1-0.5,the whole is at a low level,no city two system is in the state of coupling and coordination,although the level of coupling coordination degree is low,there is a more obvious regional difference.In space,the cities of Shenyang and Dalian have higher first degree and better coupling coordination than other cities.The coupling coordination degree of cities in Bohai region of Liaoning province is high,and the coordination degree of cities in western Liaoning is lower than that of other cities.In the fifth part,the grey prediction GM(1,1)model is used to predict the urbanization and urban land use efficiency index of 2018-2022 years in Liaoning Province,and the prediction value is analyzed by the coupling coordination degree model.The forecast results show that the urban land use efficiency lag type,urbanization lag type,urbanization and urban land use benefit synchronous type appear in this period,and the urban land use efficiency lag type is the main type,and the 2018-2022 year city urbanization and the urban land use efficiency coupling coordination scheduling space has little change.The coupling coordination between Fushun and Panjin has improved,but there is still no city two system into the coordination state.From the level of urbanization and the relative development of urban land use efficiency,land use efficiency has a significant impact on the coupling and coordination state of the two system.The sixth part summarizes the full text and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.It is proposed to play the role of central city radiation,reduce the level gap of urbanization,excavate the potential of the urban land,improve the efficiency of land use,strengthen the planning of land use,prevent the unordered expansion of the city,and make use of new technology to strengthen the development of urban space.
