| With the rapid development of electronic information technology,the upgrading of consumer electronic products is getting faster.The intelligent equipment for producing these products becomes more complex and more diverse.The rapid reaction of intelligent equipment R&D projects to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become a core issue for such enterprises.Using survey and case studies,we aim to find ways to improve the quick response strategy of R&D projects in KR Company,which improves R&D project's rapid response capability.In order to find ways to improve the rapid response capacity of R&D projects,it is necessary to determine the factors that influence the rapid response.We find 9 factors affecting quick response after literature review.After a questionnaire survey of 30 R&D staffs in KR Company,we find 11 influential factors.After removal of duplicate results,we obtain 14 factors.In order to determine the importance of these factors,this dissertation uses the likert-5 scale to make a return visit.For the survey results,this dissertation does statistical analysis with the SPSS21.0 software,and determines the weights of these factors by the average method.This dissertation selects 6 factors as the key factors.According to the weight from large to small,the key factors are respectively Professional Skills,Customer Demand,Project Communication,Organizational Agility,Company Process,and Supply Chain Agility.KR Company is a famous intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprise.It has many years of experience in quick response,but there still exist some problems in the rapid reaction of R&D projects.In order to solve these problems,this dissertation chooses a typical R&D project as a case study to find out the quick response strategy of the project corresponding to 6 key factors: Supplier Participation in New Product Development,User Participatory Design,Project Communication Measures,Agility Supply Chain,Collaborative Design,and Agility Organization.This dissertation uses interviews to identify the implementation of these six strategies,the implementation results,problems and ways to improve.We find out the main problems of six rapid response strategies as follows: the dependence on the suppliers' resources,the depth of users' participation,the low efficiency of communication with customers,the inability of new members to quickly integrate into the team,the complex audit in collaborative design and the mismatch with suppliers' efficiency.Finally,combined with the actual situations of KR Company,the dissertation gives specific suggestions for improvement. |
