Now,China’s economic development slowdown,it has entered a "new normal", Companies have more increased businesses difficulties and face some economic risks also industrial restructuring.Once entrepreneurial employees access to external markets,creating new businesses or joining other companies,it will be a competitive threat to the original business. How to retain these entrepreneurial employees into its internal market to play its entrepreneurial spirit and enterprises a cultivate new growth points is an important issue that business owners and managers face.Given the current ethical and human point,service-oriented leadership is being get much attention by the management of theory and practice.This study is based on the past entrepreneurship research,combined with Chinese cultural background,it’s an empirical study of individual entrepreneurial behavior within the enterprise carried out. Research from the servant leadership and interactional justice both within the perspective of the impact on individual entrepreneurial behavior,discuss the requirements for improving the level of entrepreneurial behavior within the individual proposed. This study explored the servant leadership in Chinese context, fairness and internal staff interaction between entrepreneurial behavior.For a start,the present study reviewed the servant leadership,interactive fair,relevant theoretical research within the entrepreneurial behavior of employees,outlines five dimensions of servant leadership:the emotional comfort,convince guide,altruism, wisdom and social responsibility. On this basis, we proposed research model and hypothesis;the next,learn from their predecessors scale design questionnaire,after the pre-research,large-scale distributed 257 questionnaires were eventually recovered 223 valid questionnaires;analysised by SPSS21.0 software,the effects of different perception of servant leadership descriptive statistical data analysis,reliability and validity analysis test.The second time,make the individual characteristics of employees as a control variable variance analysis,discuss the employee’s gender,marital status,age,tenure,etc. In the end,service and leadership and interactional justice,relations within the entrepreneurial behavior of employees correlation analysis,regression analysis to verify the full text of assumptions.Ased on this,we can get those following conclusions:(1) the marriage,the nature of units of time with the boss coexistence of servant leadership perception significantly affected;affect academic degree and nature of the interactive unit fair perception is more significant.(2) Servant leadership have a significant positive impact within intrepreneurial behavior,namely:the higher of service leadership tendency,the higher intrepreneurial behavioral tendencies.(3) Service leadership has a significant positive for impact interactive fair,namely: the higher of service leadership tendency,the higher of staff interaction fair.(4) Interactional justice have a significant positive impact on employees in the entrepreneurial behavior,namely: the higher of staff interaction fair,the higher of intrepreneurial behavioral tendencies.(5) Interactive fair has a partially mediated role,and it will expand the influence between service-oriented leadership and the employees intrepreneurial behavior.
