Research On Problems Of Tax Service Of Xuzhou Municipal Tax Service

The noble mission given to tax authorities to optimize tax payment services in the new era is to meet the needs of taxpayers for a better tax experience.In recent years,the tax system has further deepened the construction of the tax payment service system,and constantly explored a new “non-contact” tax management model.However,tax collection itself is a contradictory unity that is both interconnected and opposed to each other.Therefore,how to accurately grasp the needs of taxpayers and improve the satisfaction of taxpayers is a problem that urgently needs to be studied by tax service departments.This article is based on the actual work of the Xuzhou Municipal Tax Service,through theoretical analysis,questionnaires and interviews,and other research methods,combined with the results of the 2018 national tax system taxpayer satisfaction survey and the 2019 Jiangsu tax system taxpayer satisfaction project The survey results and Xuzhou taxpayer needs survey results analyze the problems existing in the tax service of the Xuzhou Municipal Tax Service in terms of human resource protection,tax service quality and efficiency,socialization of tax service social replenishment,and tax service informationization.The optimization of tax service is affected by a variety of factors,such as inadequate changes in the concept of tax service,inadequate protection of supporting systems for professional service agencies,inadequate supervision of tax-related professional agencies,and lack of co-ordination in the construction of Internet-based tax service platforms.Combined with the new situation and new changes after the reform of the national tax and local tax collection and management system,the author attempts to explore and propose that optimizing tax payment services requires a variety of measures.Serve the society for co-governance,improve the taxation service information construction,etc.The above countermeasures are proposed based on the current status of Xuzhou's local tax service,which has certain practical significance and will provide a certain reference for the Xuzhou Municipal Tax Service in the next stage of tax service,realize the continuous improvement of taxpayer satisfaction,and help Xuzhou tax to cultivate tax payment Serving new advantages,establishing a more fair,just and open harmonious collection relationship.The paper has 9 pictures,4 tables,and 51 references.
