Research On Problems Of Intensive Land Use In Zhaoqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone

Development Zone,one kind of industry and technology intensive special area,shoulders responsibility of powering social and economic development in the process of “reforming and opening up”.Actually,it does demonstrate its capability in leveraging local economy.Accompanied by growing investment,land in Development Zone,an indispensable platform of such economy development,comes across problems such as low utilization efficiency,non-optimal layout and so on.Thus,increasing land utilization intensity and boosting capacity of Development Zone is an instrumental research subject.Zhaoqing High-tech Industrial Development Zone is analyzed in this dissertation using literature research,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis and comparative analysis.Based on performance data and quote status of this Zone,spatial planning oriented evaluation and analysis on land utilization intensity will be performed.Problems and their root causes will be explored in the perspective of land management and development.For reference in decision making,suggestions on public management including spatial planning,land supply and land utilization will be provided based on such exploration.
