Big data is one of the most popular concepts of the moment,but the data have been actually exist,but with the improvement of technology,it is possible to more dimensions and orders of magnitude of data storage,processing,create social and economic value.With the advent of the Internet era,especially the rise of mobile Internet,big data has penetrated into various industries and business functions,as an important production factor,the evolution of big data and productivity improvement has a direct relationship,which has become another big emerging in the field of IT industry,and huge potential for development.Due to network technology development,network speed has increased rapidly,and the data also ushered in explosive growth.People can rapidly get,process,analysis vast and diverse trading data,interactive data and sensor data,in order to realize re-value information.The using of big data will become the core competitiveness of enterprises and the key to seize market opportunities.Big data because of its huge commercial value is become a new engine of the information industry's change.Learn about big data technology to enterprises,especially communications operators is about development,more about survival or extinction,therefore,we need to seriously consider and explore under the big data technology development tool.Through the description of related literature and journals about big data and business development of the operators,this paper expounds the background,the development direction of the development of the big data at home and abroad.It analyzes the problems and perplexities of mobile operators in the field of marketing,and discusses the technology of big data in the platform construction and marketing application design ideas and steps,and then understand the big data of zhejiang mobile development and marketing present situation and problems,and combined with the current big data technology capabilities,the marketing application of the existing system is optimized.Hope through this practice,study and explore the significance of big data,help enterprises to correctly understand big data technology,and find out the ways to establish a reasonable platform and application system,so that the enterprises to increase their competitiveness in the industry,the enhancement enterprise marketing management level.
