| With the increasingly customized demand of high net worth customers and the rapid development of diversified investment channels,current commercial bank standardized financial products and services can not meet the needs of high net worth clients,which is leading to the sluggish growth of Chinese Commercial Bank private banking business and serious loss of high net worth customers.To effectively address this issue in order to share this "big cake" of the high net worth clients as much as possible,commercial banks should seize the wealth management needs of high net worth population in the new normal economy,which are personalized,integrated products and services.This paper argues that commercial banks should be collaborative innovation with high net worth clients,build online collaborative platform,strengthen commercial banks’ real-time exchange with high net worth customers so as to maximize synergies innovation effect.However,different characteristics of high net worth clients have different abilities and attitudes of collaborative innovation,so it is necessary to do qualitative and quantitative analysis for the ultimate effect in favor of commercial banks to select the qualified high net worth clients to participate in collaborative innovation and cultivate the failed high net worth clients pertinently,thus improving the efficiency of commercial banks collaborative innovation and reducing the costs of collaborative innovation.Aiming high net worth clients’ different contribution of collaborative innovation,this paper uses customer collaborative innovation and customer value theory to build a scientific and reasonable value evaluation index variable of high net worth clients.While the use of structural equation model and AMOS software for commercial banks and high net worth clients helps value the exact relationship and path between the variables in a comprehensive and quantitative way,and also helps propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis results.The above analysis results provide the basis for screening and nurture valuable collaborative innovation customers and have important theoretical significance for a number of Chinese financial institutions to enhance the level of service for high net worth clients.By constructing value evaluation index variable of high net worth clients of commercial banks based on the collaborative innovation and using the structural equation model,commercial banks are able to value high net worth clients in a comprehensive and quantitative way.On the basis of the theory of customer collaborative innovation and customer value,the high net worth customer value indicator variables are divided into endogenous and exogenous indicators index which are also for secondary refining and determine the meaning of the representatives,then according to the secondary indicators,I can develop a detailed and measured three-grade indicators.Based on the determining of value evaluation index variable,the use of structural equation model and AMOS software processing,substitution and analysis of questionnaire data for commercial banks and high net worth clients helps value the exact relationship and path between the variables in a comprehensive and quantitative ways,which makes this model more operational and practical. |
