The Research On The Construction Problems Of The "Gu Xiang Yi Bao" Characteristic Town In Ningbo

With the advancement of China's new urbanization,from the data point of view,China's urbanization rate has approached 60%.However,as the urbanization rate continues to rise,a series of“urban diseases” have emerged.How to promote urbanization in a healthy and orderly manner under the new situation will be a new proposition for our current social and economic construction.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that urban groups should be the main body to build a coordinated urban development pattern for large,medium and small cities and small towns.Therefore,the construction of special towns that have emerged in recent years has become the focus of the current development of new urbanization,the promotion of supply-side reforms,and boosting the prosperity of industries in the region.The “Gu Xiang Yi Bao” characteristic town of Ningbo City has carried out the previous cultivation and planning around the ancient arts and antique furniture industry base.It has a certain foundation,but there are still many deficiencies in the development concept,construction model and system mechanism.The overall development of the town.The main problems that exist are the insufficient promotion of overall planning,low added value of industry,shortage of resource elements,and the need to upgrade the industrial chain.Combining the local conditions of the “Gu Xiang Yi Bao” town,we check out related references and literature,and found out the problems in the town's construction based on the learned knowledge,and at the same time we obtained the case of special towns at home and abroad.Relevant enlightenment,put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of the town with characteristics of “Gu Xiang Yi Bao”,hoping to help the development of the town's economic industry,improve the ecological and humanistic environment of the town,enhance the infrastructure construction,and build the town.It is a happy town of livable and desirable industries that are “excellent and strong”,“combination of functions”,“small and beautiful” ecology,and “new and lively” mechanisms.The paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the background,significance and research methods of this paper.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis.It mainly introduces the related theories and policies of defining and constructing the featured towns.The third chapter is the experience and inspiration of domestic and foreign cases of featured towns.The fourth chapter focuses on the unique town of Zhouxiang Town,Ningbo.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the related problems encountered in the construction of the featured town of “Gu Xiang Yi Bao”.The fourth and fifth chapters first introduced the relevant background of the characteristic town of “Gu Xiang Yi Bao”,and then analyzed the existing industries,trade,land resources and other factors as well as infrastructure construction in the town.Through this part of the survey,identify the shortcomings and constraints of the featured towns in the construction process,and analyze the causes.The sixth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the featured town of “Ancient Art Po”.The seventh chapter is the relevant conclusions and conclusions.Comprehensive theoretical studies and case studies,combined with the actual situation of the “Gu Xiang Yi Bao” town,proposed some countermeasures and suggestions for the future construction of the town.It mainly includes the promotion of the development of industrial clusters,the scientific layout of plans,and the strengthening of government guidance and infrastructure construction.These suggestions are intended to enable the town to exert its “collection+” function,develop and extend the industrial chain,and achieve transformation and upgrading from the old furniture special market to the folk culture and tourism ecology,which will not only help the Ningbo antique art treasures.The cultivation of the town has become an influential town in the province and even the whole country,and it also has reference significance for the cultivation and creation of other characteristic towns.
