Research On The Coordinated Development Of Regional Logistics Andecological Environment

The logistics industry,as a new service industry,is growing at a rapid pace,and it's growing in the economy,and it's getting more and more important to the ecological environment.The central and local governments attach great importance to the development of regional logistics and issue a series of policy documents to promote the integration and development of regional logistics.According to the 13 th five-year plan for ecological environment protection,the current core task is to raise the environmental quality and improve the comprehensive ecological environment,which is still outstanding in the development of economic and social development.Therefore,the coordination between regional logistics and ecological environment is an inevitable problem.Based on the statistics of the Chinese and 31 provinces and cities of the province of 2005 and 2016,the main use of factor analysis and membership function model is to study the coordination of regional logistics and ecological environment.First,to analyze the current state of logistics,energy consumption,and carbon emissions,to understand the problems of logistics and energy consumption.Secondly,establish logistics subsystem and environment subsystem respectively,Chinese provinces can be divided into eight economic regions,using factor analysis method,to measure its comprehensive development level analysis respectively.Finally,using the membership function model,the coordination degree between the regional logistics subsystem and the ecological environment subsystem is measured to determine the coordination level between the two systems.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:First,although China's logistics industry is developing at a rapid rate,it is inefficient to operate,and the logistics cost is higher than that of developed countries.The energy consumption and carbon emissions of the logistics industry are increasing year by year,but the growth rate has slowed down significantly in recent years,and the quality and efficiency of energy consumption have gradually increased.Second,comprehensive development level of regional logistics and the ecological environment to improve year by year,with strong economic strength,sound infrastructure,high information level of the region to regional logistics development level is higher;The level of ecological and environmental development has been increasing year by year under the policies of the national and regional series of environmental protection,ecological civilization construction,and promoting coordinated economic and environmental development.Overall look,development level of regional logistics development level slightly higher than the ecological environment,ecological environment development level is relatively backward,the rapid development of the regional logistics caused certain pressure to the ecological environment.Third,the research on the coordinated development of regional logistics and ecological environment.The coordination degree between the logistics subsystem and the ecological environment subsystem increases gradually with the improvement of the comprehensive development level of the two systems.The system coordination is at a higher level when the comprehensive development level of the two systems is similar and at a high level.If the comprehensive development level of the two systems has a large gap,even if the development level of a subsystem is relatively high,the coordination degree of the two systems will still be at a lower level.
