As an important representative of tourism products, scenic spots are an important carrier of tourism market supply. The spatial structure of tourist attractions is of great significance to choose development plans and resources exploit strategies of regional tourism. The "One Belt,One Road" strategy is an important engine to achieve common prosperity for promoting international exchanges and cooperation among Asia,Europe and Africa.Xinjiang locating in the northwestern of china and bordering on eight countries is the core area of the northwestern Silk Road Economic Belt.Under the background of the new Silk Road, the A-level tourist attractions in Xinjiang will choose how to develop facing such opportunities and challenges. On the basis of former problems, the purpose of this study is to explore the spatial structure and its influencing factors of the A-level scenic spots in Xinjiang. In order to put forward strategies to promote the development of A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang, this study's purpose is to explore the spatial structure of A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang and try to analyze the influencing factors of their spatial distribution from a quantitative point of view.First and foremost, taking the Northwest Silk Road Economic Belt as a cut-in point, this paper analyzes the current development situation of A-class scenic spots from the perspective of regional contrast based on the spatial relationship theory and the complex adaptive system theory.Secondly, taking the Xinjiang A-class scenic spots from 2002 to 2015 as the research objects, the spatial and temporal distribution structure of Xinjiang A-class scenic spots are analyzed using the geostatistical methods such as Nearest Neighbor Index,Geographical Concentration Index,Gini Coefficient,Nuclear Density Distribution,Moran Index.Thirdly, the influencing factors and their spatical heterogeneity are analyszed quantificationally based on the Least Squares model and the Geographically Weighted Regression model. Finally, this study puts forward the development strategies of A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang under the background of the "One Belt and One Road" strategy. The main results are as follows:(1)In 2015,A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang had some advantages, their abundance, grade and dominance ranked respectively the second, the third and the second. The spatial distribution of A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang was centered on the provincial capital Urumqi, mainly located along the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains and the Railway in southern Xinjiang. The number of tourist reception in Xinjiang was not in keeping with the resource endowments of A-class scenic spots,on the same time, the total tourism revenue was uncoordinated with the rich tourism resources in Xinjiang.(2)The spatial distribution of A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang showed a increasing agglomeration situation from 2002 to 2015.the Geographical Concentration Index fluctuated up and down upon 30,the Gini Coefficient were greater than 0.9,A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang showed a centralized distribution in the prefecture of Xinjiang. The scenic spots distribution density of northern Xinjiang was significantly higher than that of southern Xinjiang, forming an A-class scenic spots gathering place of Urumqi,Changji,Shihezi. There are significant spatial dependencies on A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang at the scale of prefectures and cities.(3)Considering the GWR model is superior to the traditional OLS model in spatial heterogeneity. From the whole domain perspective of OLS model, the level of economic development, traffic conditions, natural tourism resources and cultural tourism resources significantly affected the construction of A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang, and all of which had positive effects on the construction of A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang. From the local domain perspective of GWR model, the influence of economic development level on the A-class scenic spots in all prefectures of Xinjiang showed a strong spatial pattern in eastern regions and weak in the western regions. The regression coefficients of traffic conditions showed the pattern that southeast regions were higher than the northwest regions in Xinjiang. The impact of natural tourism resources on A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang was generally higher in southern Xinjiang and lower in northern Xinjiang.Form a whole perspective, the correlation coefficients of cultural tourism resources showed that the eastern regions is higher than the western regions and the northern regions is higher than the southern regions. The regression coefficients of travel-related industries showed the decreasing spatial distribution from southwest regions to the northeast regions.(4)Finally,this study put forward strategies to promote the sustainable development of A-class scenic spots in Xinjiang from the aspects of "standardization, quality improvement, globalization, branding and internationalization",based on the above analysis of the spatial structure and influencing factors of A-class scenic spots.
