In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's social and economic development has been significantly increased,and China has become the second largest economy in the world and gradually established and continuously improved the market economy system.At present,China has entered the era of national tourism,and the huge tourism market is full of opportunities and challenges.Behind the booming tourism market,tourism enterprises are facing the loss of human resources and increasingly fierce market competition.Tourism talents are the guarantee for enterprises to cope with fierce competition,and the loss of talents in tourism enterprises will seriously affect the social competitiveness and enterprise development of enterprises.The employee turnover affects the work efficiency while also bringing huge pressure and labor costs for the recruitment and training of new employees.The rapid turnover of tourism enterprises is a common problem faced by enterprises.The reasons for employee turnover are complicated,but most are related to the low degree of satisfaction with work.Although our country tourism market unusually hot,but the human resource management system of tourism enterprises in our country has not been fully set up and perfect,human resources management inefficiency,insufficient attention to employees and benefits,to a certain extent,cause competition consciousness is not strong,tourism practitioners work enthusiasm is not high,high employee turnover rate isn't ralate to the healthy development of the tourism enterprises.Between employee job satisfaction and employee turnover rate has certain correlation,therefore,how job satisfaction affects an employee's turnover intention,become,head of the tourism enterprise management and the focus of concern and scholars both at home and abroad.This study will study the job satisfaction,turnover rate and the correlation between tourism practitioners in Urumqi.The theoretical research and the questionnaire result analysis method of combining the,through the project feasibilityanalysis,influence factor analysis and reliability analysis,design of tourism staff job satisfaction scale.The work satisfaction scale of this study mainly includes four dimensions: the treatment and welfare of the enterprise,the work itself and development,the recognition of work and the working environment.The research data comes from the questionnaire(the questionnaire is distributed online,making full use of WeChat,micro-blog and other media),and the research object is the tourism practitioners in Urumqi.Questionnaire survey data using statistical analysis,reliability test,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods,to Urumqi tourism practitioners to study the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover rate,reveals the main factors influencing the job satisfaction of Urumqi tourism practitioners,for the control of tourism enterprise staff turnover rate,realize the rational flow of tourism practitioners of targeted Suggestions,help tourism enterprises to establish scientific human resources management system.
