Financial Analysis Of MQ Company Based On Harvard Framework

With the development of economy,the increase of national income and the change of diet structure,dairy products have gradually become indispensable food in people's daily life.The country has further stepped up its urbanization process and the introduction of the "two-child policy" has virtually boosted domestic demand.relying on the demographic dividend and the national development strategy,the dairy industry has a lot of room for development in the long run.On the basis of sorting out the current research situation at home and abroad,this paper uses the Harvard analysis framework concept to conduct in-depth research and analysis on MQ company's financial statements.At the level of strategic analysis,firstly,using five forces model to analyze the current situation of MQ company's industry,and then using pest and SWOT methods to analyze MQ company's internal and external environment in detail,laying a foundation for the following accounting analysis.Secondly,the MQ company's balance sheet and incom,e statement will be analyzed in structure,and important accounting subjects will be selected for key analysis and evaluation based on the proportion of assets.Thirdly,in the process of financial analysis,the ratio analysis and trend analysis are mainly used to analyze and evaluate MQ company's production and operation solvency,operation capability,profitability and development capability.Fourthly,the prospect of MQ company is analyzed based on the analysis results of the first three dimensions,pointing out the opportunities,challenges and risks the company is currently facing.Finally,based on the above analysis,it points out the problems existing in MQ company's current management process and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.Through an in-depth analysis of MQ company,we can see that the company has strong solvency,and there is still a certain gap between the company and its competitors in the same industry in terms of operating ability and profitability.Through strengthening the management of accounts receivable,strengthening cost control,optimizing the corporate governance structure and strategic transformation,MQ company will be promoted to better manage and develop.This paper uses Harvard framework to carry out financial analysis and research on MQ company.the conclusions of the research can also be used for reference to other companies in the same industry.
