Study On Financial Performance Evaluation And Promotion Of LD Company

With the development of China's economy,the medical apparatus and instruments market is growing fast and has exceeded 250 billion yuan.Since the evolution of population aging,continuous improvement of people's health awareness and the government's support policy for the industry,this market has a huge potential.However,we must recognize the gap with the developed countries in the world.Therefore,when China's medical apparatus and instruments industry is facing a transformation,LD company,as a medical apparatus and instruments company,is also facing a new situation of the industry's rapid development and industrial integration.Under such background,this paper introduces a financial performance evaluation method based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation to LD company,makes up for the one-sidedness of the company's existing performance evaluation,and incorporates financial performance evaluation into its strategic management,which is very necessary for the development of LD company.This article firstly systematically elaborates and summarizes relevant theories about financial performance evaluation on the basis of reference to domestic and foreign literature,which focuses on the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of LD company,focuses on LD company's business status,financial status and financial performance management status and raises its existing problems.Thirdly,it uses the questionnaire method to select a set of index system suitable for the company's operating characteristics,uses AHP to assign weights to various indicators,and through triangular fuzzy function and expert scores to synthetic evaluates the financial performance of LD company and obtains evaluation results.Finally,this paper combines the evaluation results with the company's development status,clarifies the deficiencies in the LD company's operations and management,identifies the most critical factors of the shortest board issues,provides detailed and targeted recommendations and improvements for LD company and raises questions which need further study.Based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,this paper adds potential development capability indicators which conform to current economic development and corporate strategy,uses scientific methods to design indicators' weight and applies them to LD companies,which has certain reference value to LD company to make management plans and the development of the medical apparatus and instruments industry.
