Study On Spatial Reconstruction And Optimization Of "Sansheng" In Mining Area

With the 18th national congress of the communist party of China,the concept of "sansheng"space was proposed.Aiming at the dexing copper mine as a research area,this paper studies the land use situation of "sansheng" space in the mining area.According to the different function of land will be divided into land,cultivated land,residential land,industrial and mining warehouse land,water and water conservancy facilities,land and water conservancy facilities,land,forest land,building houses,bare land seven class type.Using the method of spatial classification,the"sansheng" space is divided into three categories:production space,living space and ecological space.According to the mining area of all kinds of land use change and the present situation analysis,selection of different factor as a measure of land use change,and the factor classification and grading,study every kind of spatial land use type under the different factors of the characteristics of land use and land use status quo.The weight of each factor is determined by the combination of expert rating method and hierarchical analysis.Then,a reasonable evaluation system is established according to the comprehensive analysis method of superposition of each factor and weight.According to the suitability evaluation system,four types of land are analyzed,including high suitability,general suitability,suitability and unsuitability.According to the characteristics of production space,living space and ecological space,different optimization Suggestions are given.According to the research results,it can be seen that:1)the land use types of mining areas are relatively single,and the distribution of land types under the influence of different factors has certain rules.2)"junior" space land use types in each factor under the coordination of mutual transformation of compensation is more apparent,ecological space transformation in different ways,mainly converted into living space,the production space.3)due to the acceleration of urbanization,the area of agricultural production land has increased significantly.In view of the reconstruction of the "sansheng" space,the main optimization Suggestions are:slope farmland conversion,high-standard farmland development.Industrial production space optimization.Reasonably increase the distribution of residential land in the mining area more discrete unified planning of residential land to improve the land use efficiency.Construction and improvement of traffic infrastructure in mining area.Returning farmland to forest is a long-term demand for the sustainable development of state space.The combined utilization of water resources and the disposal of wastewater from mining areas can greatly reduce the environmental pollution.
