Suitability Evaluation Of National Space Development In Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture

National land space refers to the geographical space under the jurisdiction of national sovereignty and sovereignty rights.It is the place and environment where people live.It is the spatial basis for human survival and development,and it is also one of the important carriers and contents of ecological civilization construction.The appraisal of the suitability of national space development is an important content of space planning for the country from the overall perspective and long-term development.It is an important content of the national land space planning.Serving the control of land and space use is of great significance for the realization of “a plan and a blueprint” for the future.The foundation for the determination and balance of space supply capacity and demand situation over a period of time is conducive to the mutual promotion,complementarity,and organic integration between the government's macro-control and the maintenance of market players' vitality,which is conducive to the construction of an ecological space protection system and the development of an ecological space.Use controls,constructing a sound natural ecological space protection system,will help smooth out planning relationships,promote the formation of "multi-in-one" goals,strengthen planning and leading functions,and help provide a unified management and control zone for land and space planning,and thus better.Serve in the "distribution service" reform.This paper takes the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province as the research object,taking the size of a grid of 100m×100m as a unit,and taking the function of the country's space as a standard,divides the country's space into natural ecological space(hereinafter referred to as ecological space),production space and life.Space,using ArcGIS,SPSS,and ENVI software,construct index systems from the three aspects of the ecological function,production function,and life function of the country's space,and use a combination of subjective and objective methods to determine the weight of each index,and use a multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and natural breaks to classify the degree of suitability,evaluating the suitability of ecological functions,the suitability of production functions,and the suitability of life functions.The degree of suitability for development is divided into four categories: low,medium,high,and high,and an optimized cold spot analysis method is used.Analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of the suitability results,and finally comprehensively evaluate the suitability of national land space development,and use the three-dimensional magic method to delimit the "three-life space" of ecology,production,and life.The national spatial suitability assessment can ascertain the background characteristics and suitability characteristics of the national space in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,and provide the basis for relevant research on the national spatial planning of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.The three-person space is the coordinated spatial control of the national spatial planning.The important basis of zoning is also a means to resolve various types of planning conflicts,and provides the basis for the scientific and rational determination of the modernization pattern of agricultural modernization,the pattern of new urbanization,and the pattern of ecological security for the government of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.The main conclusions of this paper are: Appropriate,suitable,less suitable and unsuitable,four types of space occupy 11.35%,29.84%,25.91% and 32.90% of the total area of ecological function in the assessment of suitability of ecological function;The four types of space area accounted for 28.11%,10.82%,2.53%,and 58.54% of the total area of the area respectively.The four categories of living functional areas accounted for 20.64%,39.57%,23.11%,and 16.68% of the total area of the area.The townships with the largest ecological space distribution are: Haihai Street,Mijiang Township,and Ying'an Town;the towns with the most spatial distribution are Huangnihe Town,Jiangyuan Town,and Wanbao Township;the towns with the largest distribution of living space are Zhixin Town and Chongshan Town.And Hadamen Township;townships with the most conditions for development and construction are Hanzhang Township and Sanjiazi Manchu Township.
