Study On Development Of Pastoral Complex In Qiannanyu In Xingtai City

In the No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2017,it proposed to support rural development with relevant conditions,and made it clear that farmers' cooperatives should be used as the main carrier to allow farmers to fully participate in them and be able to obtain benefits from them.It is a combination of circular agriculture and creative agriculture.And a new development model that integrates with the farm experience.As China's economic development has entered a new normal,agricultural development and peasant income increase have been given a certain degree of attention.The traditional agricultural park development model has been solidified,facing bottlenecks in land,science and technology,services,and management,and the development of new models of new industries has been constrained.The transformation and upgrading are under great pressure and it is urgently necessary to seek new advancements in the development of agriculture and rural areas and create a new platform for the integration of tertiary industries.Studying Qiannanyu development of pastoral complexes has extremely important significance for the construction of Qiannanyu New Countryside and the improvement of the quality of life of local villagers.On the basis of studying the related aspects of modern agriculture,leisure tourism and rural rural areas,this paper is based on the idea of building a field complex model.Through the analysis of the development status of the Yugoslavia,the basic condition,the ecological environment and the social policy of the former South Valley are constructed by the field investigation method.The conditions,the economic conditions,the leading body and the management mechanism are analyzed in detail,and the SWOT analysis is made on the new rural subject construction of the former South Valley Building Model of the pastoral complex,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the Yugoslavia based on the construction of the pastoral complex are expounded,and the WO strategy is chosen to construct the garden in the Yugoslavia valley.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The research conclusions of this paper are: First,Qiannanyu has built infrastructure such as agricultural scenic spots,featured commodity streets,and cultural plazas,and has unified plans for the construction of residential areas for villagers.The villagers are called “red roof villas” by local villagers.There are certain conditions for building a pastoral complex.Second,in the construction of the pastoral complex in Qiannanyu,it is also faced with difficulties such as shortage of funds,insufficient development of market capacity,difficulty in land circulation,low level of management technology,and lack of a sound construction system.Third,in the process of building an idyllic complex,Qiannanyu must actively protect the local cultural features and cannot blindly learn from other places to develop pastoral complexes.This research is based on the actual situation of the development of Qiannanyu,explores the construction of the pastoral complex model,and has implications for the construction of pastoral complexes in other rural areas in the Taihang Mountains area.
