Anji’s "Village Lujia" Idyllic Complex Industrial Integration Development Research

For the first time in 2017,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee clearly proposed the concept of a rural complex."Supporting conditional rural construction,with farmers’ cooperatives as the main carrier,allowing farmers to fully participate and benefit,integrating circular agriculture,creative agriculture and farming experience.An integrated pastoral complex[1];In May of the same year,the Ministry of Finance issued a notice on the pilot project for the construction of an idyllic complex.In 2018,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee put forward "the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,we must adhere to the party’s management of rural work,adhere to the peasant’s main position;adhere to the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside,adhere to the integration of urban and rural development,adhere to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and adhere to local conditions and gradual progress"[3]Further clarifying the construction requirements of the idyllic complex and boosting the development of the idyllic complex,the idyllic complex has also become an important support for rural revitalization.Carrying out the construction of rural complex is not only a major policy innovation measure to promote the construction of agriculture and rural areas in the new era,but also a new trend and new engine for the construction and development of beautiful rural areas.A perfect rural complex should be a three-product fusion and a combination of urban and rural areas including agriculture,animal husbandry,fishery,processing,catering and tourism.The idyllic complex is just an empty skin without industrial support.At present,the industrial integration trend of the rural complex has far-reaching influence on the industrial organization.The integration of the three industries can greatly integrate the development of the primary and secondary industries and the use of existing rural assets.This has attracted the attention of the academic;tourism and government.How to further promote the integration of the first,second and third industries in the construction of rural complexes;and have important theoretical significance and practice for tapping the development potential of agriculture itself,broadening the development space and realizing agricultural efficiency,farmers’prosperity,rural prosperity and rural comprehensive revitalization.significance.This study is based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad.Firstly;based on the integrated development model of the idyllic complex,the integration of the pastoral complex and industrial integration;and the exploration of the first batch of rural complex construction in China.The practical exploration experience of the project,from the current development status and practice exploration of China’s pastoral complex,summed up the micro-vacation creative leisure,cultural carrier industry,Hualin fruit ecological sightseeing,human landscape Creative,family farm leisure,leading industry characteristics,six development models and one-two production integration,one-three production integration,two-three production integration,one-product internal integration,two-product internal integration,three-product internal integration,one-two production integration,etc.The seven fusion paths,as well as the symbiosis and inclusive ecological breeding,the second production combined with local characteristics,the integration of Sanyin Wenchuang and the integration of technology and innovation,provide a practical theoretical basis for the follow-up research;Secondly,through the selection of Zhejiang Anji "Village Lujia" as a case study and in-depth interviews,Solve the current situation and analyze its development process,find out the problems and specific development models of its integration of the first,second and third industries;finally,by combining the current situation of the "Imperial Lujia" case,and possibly aiming at the rural complex in the course of practice The existing problems are given policy recommendations from the perspectives of operational management and development and construction.
