Research On Coordinated Development Of Urban Innovation Capability And Urbanization Quality In Guangxi

With the deepening of the economic situation at home and abroad,innovation is becoming more and more regionalization,and innovation driven urban function optimization and quality improvement have become the key to adapt to the new normal economy in the new era of China.Innovation is the continuous driving force of urban and regional economic development.The city is the carrier of innovation.The rational distribution of innovative resources and elements can greatly improve the innovation ability of the city.A city with strong innovation ability can maximize the optimization of its functions and improve the quality of urbanization.The index system of urban innovation capability and urbanization quality is constructed,and the weight of each index is calculated by entropy method.With the help of comprehensive measure model,coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model,the comprehensive index,coupling degree and coupling co-scheduling of Guangxi city innovation ability and urbanization quality on three time nodes of 2010,2013 and 2016 are calculated:(1)There are obvious differences in the comprehensive level of urban innovation ability and urbanization quality in Guangxi.In addition to three cities in Nanning,Liuzhou and Guilin,the development of urban innovation ability in other cities lags behind the improvement of urbanization quality.(2)The coupling degree of urban innovation capability and urbanization quality in Guangxi is relatively small,and all of them are in the antagonistic stage of coupling degree.(3)The overall level of the coupling and coordination degree of urban innovation ability and urbanization quality in Guangxi is low,and there are no cities to reach the degree of coordination on the three time nodes,and the spatial pattern is gradually spreading to the surrounding cities with Nanning as the center.(4)The overall coupling degree of urban innovation capability and urbanization quality in Guangxi is relatively low,and is at a moderate stage of maladjustment,but as time goes on,the trend is better.In view of the gap between the urban innovation ability and the urbanization quality of 14 cities in Guangxi,the new economic growth engine driven by innovation is proposed to build a new economic growth engine driven by the center from the center to the periphery.Guangxi city innovation ability and urbanization quality coupling degree is low,in the antagonistic stage,the overall coupling and coordination is not good,still in the moderate imbalance stage,showing a low degree of coordination coupling situation,proposed the establishment of multiple openplatform under the support of industry,to realize the link between the urban innovation power and the improvement of the urbanization quality,and promote the optimization and upgrading of the urban governance model.The urbanization quality comprehensive index of Guangxi is low.The urbanization model pays more attention to the scale and quantity,but neglects the connotation and quality of urbanization.It is suggested to explore the ecological civilization mode in the economic transformation,adhere to the ecological civilization area,and take the urban road of human centered,green and ecological.
