A Study On Institutional Innovation For Coordinated Development Of The Zhejiang Regional Mass Economy And Urbanization

The relation of regional mass economy and urbanization. is innteractive,that is to say,urbanization is the reason which promotes industrial cluster, at the same time , Regional mass economy is the reason which promotes further urbanization. The Better and faster development of regional mass economy and urbanization are two big important contents of the modernization strategic of Zhejiang Province,which is intent to be carrried out in the national lead. Presently, Zhejiang economy which take the regional mass economy as the characteristic presented the good development tendency. Zhejiang's urbanized advancement has been in during the fast advancement. Therefore,how to link up the both of relations, and positively advanced the positive cycle which pressed the Zhejiang regional mass economy and urbanization to advance together mutually, is urgently needed to be studied.This thesis launches the institutional innovation for coordinated development as the research's starting point. Firstly, this thesis reviewed domestic and foreign theory about industria clusters,urbanization and the interaction of both. Subsequently, this thesis described the present situation of the Zhejiang regional mass economy and urbanization. Then, this thesis analyzed the intrinsic mechanism of industrial clusters and urbanization's coordinated development and took the Japanese metropolis circle for example. Furthermore,the thesis established a appraisal mode of the two coordinated development ,uniting the development of Zhejiang Province presently. Then,using relevant analysis and host ingredient analysis to analyze the present situation of the Zhejiang regional mass economy and urbanization's mutual development. Then,the thesis inspected the insititutional vicissitude from the longitudinal development angle. At last,based on the aboving achievement, this thesis discussed the innovative mechanism of industria clusters and urbanization's coordinated development and some cruces of insititutional innovation.This thesis theoretically discussed the regional mass economy and the urbanization's coordinated development innovation mechanism; Constructed an analytical system with a highly theoretic and applied value analysis system; Analyzed and summarizes the current main problem of the Zhejiang regional mass economy and urbanization's coordinated development, Proposed the principle , the content ,the means of its institutional innovation .This article research results, are helpful to government rationally choose the regional mass economy and the urbanization's development pattern and the goal in the practice, to solve the current contradiction of countryside industrialization , resource and environment , established the intensive. mechanism of urbanization,to enable the development between the city and countryside be more and more harmonious,etc.
