Dual sourcing strategy and backup sourcing strategy are two kinds of procurement strategies that can effectively deal with the supplier's logistics disruption risk. They have their own advantages. The choice of enterprise in both of them has a very important research significance. In this paper, based on the premise of the supplier's logistics disruption risk, this paper studies three situations in which the supplier has no difference in identify the demand market environment, the existence cost difference and the existence of the logistics interruption risk difference, and there is no difference from the supplier in the random demand market.By analyzing the enterprise's profit function under the dual-source procurement strategy and the backup procurement strategy, the optimal order quantity and the maximum profit of the enterprise under the two procurement strategies are solved, and the maximum profit of the two procurement strategies is discriminated.Comparison and numerical analysis, the following conclusions are obtained:Identify the demand market environment.1.There is no difference between suppliers: The optimal order quantity of two suppliers in the dual sourcing strategy is the same, and the optimal order quantity of the main supplier in the backup sourcing strategy is greater than the optimal order quantity of the backup supplier. When the supplier's logistics disruption risk is high, the backup sourcing strategy is better than the dual sourcing strategy;when the supplier's logistics disruption risk is small, the dual sourcing strategy is better than the backup sourcing strategy.2.Supplier cost difference: The optimal order quantity of the low-cost supplier in the dual sourcing strategy is greater than that of the high-cost supplier, and the optimal order quantity of the main supplier in the backup sourcing strategy is greater than the optimal order quantity of the backup supplier. When the logistics disruption risk is high, the backup sourcing strategy is better than the dual sourcing strategy. When the logistics disruption risk is small, the enterprise's order quantity to high cost suppliers will be zero,so the backup sourcing strategy is better than the dual sourcing strategy.3.The difference of risk of supplier logistics disruption: The optimal order quantity of the supplier with low logistics disruption risk in the dual sourcing strategy is greater than the supplier with high supply risk, and the optimal order quantity of the main supplier in the backup sourcing strategy is greater than that of the backup supplier. When the risk of two suppliers' logistics disruption is small, dual sourcing is superior to backup sourcing. When one supplier of two suppliers has high risk of logistics disruption, backup sourcing is better than dual sourcing.Random demand market environment. The supplier has no difference: the optimal order quantity of two suppliers in the dual sourcing strategy is the same, and the optimal order quantity of the main supplier in the backup sourcing strategy is greater than the optimal purchase quantity of the backup supplier.1.In the case of greater supplier reliability: When the supplier cost is low,the dual sourcing strategy is better than the backup sourcing strategy;when the supplier cost is high, the manufacturer should select the backup sourcing strategy.2.In the case of suppliers with less reliability: When the backup supplier costs less, the backup sourcing strategy is better than the dual sourcing strategy;when the backup supplier costs more, the dual sourcing strategy is better than the backup sourcing strategy. The research in this paper enriches the theoretical research under the condition of supplier's logistics disruption risk, and provides basis for the enterprise's dual sourcing strategy and backup sourcing strategy decision.
