Nowadays,inland navigation is developing rapidly due to the development of Chinese economic.According to the special location of Chongqing——on the one hand,Chongqing is located at central point of traffic in Southwest,on the other hand,Chongqing is located at the upriver location of the Long River,its inland navigation is developing extremely good,advantages of water-borne is high passenger and low cost.Transaction of water-borne is often associated with management of container and navigation management,its transaction is complicated.Currently,the maturity of information management system of water-borne company is far behind its speed of developing,many of them even do not own a whole set of information management system.Chongqing Long River.co is the biggest local water-borne company,a matching system is important for it.In this paper,we displayed the detailed implement of Long River management system,including requirement analysis,arrangement of system skeleton,detailed implement of every single functional module,arrangement and implement of database,etc.We also concluded the resolution of practical problem and the improvement of existed skeleton.We used Eclipse 3.8 development platform,JSP for front page,JavaScript and Jquery for front scripting language,EasyUI for front page skeleton,we used Tomcat 7.0 to deploy the server.Besides,we used struts2 to implement the logistical control of front page,hibernate for persistent layer,SQL server 2008 for database,we used Spring to control every middleware in background.We implemented the management system successfully,not only satisfied all requirements,but also we optimized the query statement and system performance,all the query statement will cost less than 2s,the system was manage to work steady under 1000 concurrences.
