An Empirical Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Elderly’s Willingness To Provide For The Aged At Home In The "Village To Residence" Community

With the country’s in-depth implementation of the urbanization strategy,the size of the community elderly group is increasing,and there is a great market demand for community home-based elderly care services.However,due to the lack of policies,lack of funds,lack of experience and other problems in the community service of "village to residence",there are still many problems in the supply of community home-based elderly care service.The home-based elderly care service for the elderly is becoming an important part of the community service of "village to residence".The in-depth and systematic research on the home-based elderly care service of the "village to residence" community can not only promote the development of community culture,sports and entertainment services,community medical services,community elderly care consumption services,but also promote the improvement of community service functions,which is of great significance to the healthy development of the "village to residence" community in China.In terms of research content,this paper mainly selects the elderly group in Dongshan community of Qixia City as the research object,and selects the acceptance of home-based elderly care service of the elderly in Dongshan community of Qixia City as the research object,to investigate and analyze the current situation of home-based elderly care of the elderly in the "village to residence" community.By combining the relevant research contents of domestic and foreign scholars on the "village to residence" policy,home-based elderly care service and its influencing factors,the community care theory and welfare pluralism theory are selected as the theoretical basis of this study.Through the use of questionnaire survey method,26 questionnaires are designed and the data are collected.From the perspective of individual characteristics,economic characteristics,family characteristics,living experience,daily needs,medical needs,spiritual needs Analysis and explanation of the survey data from eight perspectives of legal needs.Combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,through the use of empirical analysis to analyze the impact of variables in the eight perspectives of individual characteristics,economic characteristics,family characteristics,living experience,daily needs,medical needs,spiritual needs and legal needs on the elderly care services of Dongshan community residents,we finally found that age,monthly income,marital status,satisfaction with home-based elderly care services,understanding of home-based elderly care services Life care service demand,health consultation service demand,leisure and entertainment service demand,legal consultation service demand and other factors have a significant impact on the elderly care service of Dongshan community residents.Finally,combined with the results of the study,it is proposed to strengthen the personal care for the elderly,improve the social residents’ pension welfare system,strengthen the care for the elderly at home,expand the financing channels for home-based pension to strengthen the environmental construction,improve the community residents’ pension services,increase diversified medical and health consulting platforms,increase capital investment to increase and improve the construction of leisure and entertainment venues Guide the professional legal team to participate in the improvement suggestions for the protection of rights and interests.
