Research On The J Company's Logistic Facilities Network Based On Extension Innovation Method

In China,the number of express delivery has breached 40 billion 2017,which take a half of the total number all over the world.Most of delivery is e-commerce express delivery.There are some prominent problems especially about the infrastructures and facilities of logistics.The J company is a self-built B2 C logistics company,and it is one of the leader corporations in the field of B2 C self-built logistics,it is representative to research on the case of J company.The J company's B2 C logistics include infrastructures and facilities in links of storage,transport,loading and unloading,terminal logistics.The efficiency of delivery is very high in developed cities,in order to gain larger market share,J company has to exploit the market in the underdeveloped cities.It is lack of infrastructures and facilities in underdeveloped cities,also lack of good customers' experience.J company has accessed to cold-train market not so long,and it is at the stage of prime development.J company face of high operation cost,high decay rate etc.The cold-train market is rapid growth,and it is lack of infrastructures and facilities.In this paper,it is about researching on contradictory problems of J company's infrastructures and facilities based on extension innovation method.To research the contradictory problems on the condition of keeping or cutting the operational cost,increase operational efficiency or improve customers' experience by extension innovation method,which included expression of J company's infrastructures and facilities by basic-element,establishing extension model,extensible analysis,extension transformation and evaluate superiority of generated extension strategies.The main work in this paper is as follows:⑴ Summarize the J company's logistics status,advantage and disadvantage,especially in the field of cold-chain logistics,and establish extension model of J company's infrastructures and facilities by basic-element expression system.⑵Analyze the main problems of J company's infrastructures and facilities,there are ineffective distribution in the underdeveloped cities and highly decay rate in cold-chain logistics.Establish extension models of contradictory problems and compatibility functions,prejudge that is compatibility or incompatibility.⑶Analyze contradictory problems by the principles of extensible analysis,such as divergent analysis,correlative analysis,implication analysis.Implement extension transformations or transformation operations,such as conductive transformation etc.to gain solutions to contradictory problems⑷ Evaluate the superiority of generated strategies by superiority evaluation method,strategies which are more superiority would be chose for decision-making conference.Innovation points in this paper: 1)From marketing aspect angle,extension innovation method are applied to solve contradictory problems in B2 C logistic infrastructures and facilities,including quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,avoiding judgement by personality.2)Avoiding antinomy phenomena in B2 C logistics including e-commerce distribution and cold-chain logistics by extension innovation method which including establishing problem's extension models,operation,extension and transformation of contradictory problems.
