With the continuous progress of global economic integration,talents have become the key resources competing for all over the world,and the competition for talents in various countries is becoming more and more intense.At present,China has entered a crucial period of economic transformation and development,in the context of economic development showing a new normal,talent has become an increasingly important resource.In particular,with the rapid development of the Internet economy and the ever-increasing pace of information change,companies that want to respond quickly to changes in internal and external environments and acquire and maintain advantages in fierce market competition must take appropriate measures to attract and retain high levels talents and reduce talent drainage.The flow of talents has always been the focus of scholars at home and abroad,and there have been many studies on the flow of talent that have been extensively explored.However,less attention has been paid to the study of the flow of high-level talents in enterprises.This article analyzes the research background and significance of high-level talents in enterprises,and introduces the niche theory into the research of high-level talents flow through the literature research,and defines the connotation of high-level talents in enterprises.And this paper analyzes the flow mechanism of high-level talents in enterprises from the perspective of ecology,and through the combing of the literature,selects the influencing factors of high-level talents flow from the two dimensions of “eco-state” and “eco-role” of niche.We use SPSS22.0 to carry out exploratory factor analysis to obtain a high-level human resource flow influencing factor index system,and further use Amos21.0 for confirmatory factor analysis to construct a structural equation model of high-level talent flow in enterprises and study the influence of different influence factors on the flow of high-level talents in the enterprise.The results show that factors such as organizational operating mechanism,job competitiveness,organizational development capability,living environment factors,policy environment factors,job competencies,personal values,and personal accumulation are the main influencing factors for the flow of high-level talents,and among them,personal values,job competitiveness,job competencies,and public service factors have the greatest impact on the flow of high-level talent.This paper studies the flow of high-level talents in enterprise from the perspective of talent ecosystem,and analyzes the mechanism of talents based on the niche theory of eco-state and eco-role to explore the factors affecting talent flow from the perspective of achieving a balanced development of talent “eco-state” and “eco-role”.Based on the research conclusions of this paper,the author proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for reducing the flow of high-level talents from the aspects of the niche “eco-state” and “eco-role”,and provides theoretical support and decision-making basis for the enterprises to formulate talent management strategies.
