Research On The Path Selection And The Evaluation Of Green Process Innovation Niche Ecostate-Ecorole Of H Home Appliance Company

With the continuous expansion of the scope of the haze, PM2.5 value around the continuous rise, the environment continues to deteriorate. The home appliance manufacturing as a pillar industry of the national economy, not only has the function of the prosperity of the market, but also shoulders the important mission to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization. In the "made in China2025" promulgated on May 8, 2015, manufacturing industry should strengthen the application of energy conservation and environmental protection technology,fully implement the green manufacturing, improve the innovation ability. This shows the green process innovation is the inevitable trend of the development of Chinese home appliance manufacturing. H home appliance company needs to take different innovation model, way and method for the implementation of green process innovation. The green process innovation path is the embodiment of the mode, way and method. Choosing the correct path of green process innovation can promote the ability of green process innovation of H company. It can also provide certain help for the policy establishment of green process innovation path of other home appliance companyThis dissertation first expounds the present situation of home appliance manufacturing. It reviews the development present situation of green process innovation of H company, and analyzes its existing problems. This dissertation expounds the connotation of green process innovation niche ecostate-ecorole and path of H company. Then, it analyzes the relationship between the green process innovation niche ecostate-ecorole and the selection of innovation path. In this dissertation, according to the evaluation target and index building principle of green process innovation niche of H company, this dissertation constructs theevaluation index system of green process innovation niche ecostate-ecorole. It includes eight criterion level indexes and twenty indicator level indexes. On this basis, it evaluates the green process innovation niche ecostate-ecorole of H company. This dissertation determines the ecostate value and the ecorole value of green process innovation niche through the entropy weight coefficient method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This dissertation presents three basic alternative path of green process innovation, the green process gradual innovation path of independent, the green process integration innovation path of independent, the green process lead innovation path of independent. Then the innovation path selection matrix model is constructed. Finally, it determines the path of the green process innovation of H company. The dissertation finds that H company should choose the innovation path of lead innovation and integration innovation. And the dissertation also puts forward safeguard measures of H company on the implementation of green process innovation path.
