In the knowledge-base economy age, people as a carrier of knowledge were on the most important position. "People oriented" concept began to be respected by the majority of enterprises. That workers possess the knowledge, skills, quality, innovation and enthusiasm is not only the greatest asset for enterprises, but also an important source of competitive advantage.As a corporation, how to attract, retain and motivate their staffs outstanding performance has become a more important challenge than ever before. Reasonable compensation management is a basic incentive approach, and a core of human resource management, not only to economic accounting and efficiency of enterprises, but also closely linked with the vital interests of employees. A well-functioning, fair pay system can produce a strong attraction of external and internal staff, but also greatly boost the internal staff to achieve organizational goals, and create high-quality performance. Meanwhile, the organization's pay policy will affect the quality of work and cost, impact staff morale. Therefore, it is an urgent duty of a corporation that establishing or reforming a new, scientific, systemic compensation management system in the era of knowledge economy.Directed by the modern compensation theory, this paper analyzes the present situation of SX education and training institutions, especially the problem in the compensation system. Have taken enough account of the enterprise's developing status at present, the optimized design went through the process of job analysis, position evaluation and other scientific methods, combined with the actual situation of enterprises to design a new incentive-oriented pay system, which is hoped that could solve the problem the corporation faced as well as offer a compensation system for similar SX.
