Enterprise employee career development plan design has been paid much more attention by enterprise managers and human resources professionals.Base on the analysis of overseas and domestic research status,this paper conducts in-depth study of human resources management theory.Through learning the current domestic human resources theory and international advanced human resources concept and experience,as well as systematically analyzing how to develop and design employee career development plan in accordance with enterprise's actual status,in order to solve enterprise human resources development problems indeed.This paper investigates HAF company's(Harbin Embraer Aircraft Industry Co.,Ltd.)existed problems on enterprise employees career development plan,and designs employee career development path model applicable to enterprise and employee's characteristics,also illuminates the purpose,significance and applicability of career model.“I” shape model is applicable for employee's requirement on vertical development in single working area;“Y” shape model is applicable for employee's requirement on promoting to management position and senior professional position in single working area;“H” shape model is applicable for employee's requirement on development of multiple working areas.According to different career development path models,this paper gives relevant cases for further analysis and demonstration.In order to better implement career development path of “I” model,“Y” model and “H” model,HAF Company develops several projects such as potential leadership program,senior professional's development plan,human resources training and development plan,employee compensation and benefits program,etc.The implementation of these projects ensures the effective operation of employee career development path,it also plays the role of promoting and boosting career plan.
