The manufacturing industry dominates the development of China's national economy and is the instrument of rejuvenating the country,the foundation of a strong country.However,although China is the world's largest manufacturing country,it is not the strong country in manufacturing.At present,a large number of Chinese manufacturing groups are still in the state of industry 2.0 to 3.0,and there are significant differences in the level of automation and informatization between different industries,regions and enterprises.To solve the problems in the process of manufacturing development,we must implement innovation-driven.In recent years,with the rapid development of "Internet+",the degree of integration between "Internet+" and the manufacturing industry has deepened.The new thinking and new technologies of "Internet+" have spawned various new models,new formats,new industries,and changed manufacturing enterprises' research and development,production,processing,sales and other organizational methods,has promoted the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Based on this background,this paper takes 11 cities in Zhejiang Province as the research object,study the "Internet+" development level,manufacturing innovation-driven capability,the Impact of "Internet+" on manufacturing innovation-driven capability and the degree of integration of "Internet+" and manufacturing,and explore corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to further improve the promotion of "Internet+" to enhance the manufacturing innovation-driven capability.This paper first sorts out the related literatures such as "Internet+manufacturing" transformation and upgrading path,innovation-driven path,regional or industrial innovation capability level indicator system;secondly,on the basis of summarizing the existing literature,it clarifies the basic concepts of "Internet+" and innovation-driven,related theories such as industrial integration and related models of comprehensive evaluation methods;once again,it analyzes the development of "Internet+" and manufacturing in Zhejiang Province;then,from five aspects of infrastructure,technology application,talent scale,input level and economic benefits to build a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development level of "Internet+" in Zhejiang Province,and from four aspects: innovation input drive capability,innovation output drive capability,development performance drive capability,and innovation environment support drive capability to build the comprehensive evaluation index system of manufacturing innovation-driven capability in Zhejiang Province.Through statistical methods,estimated the "Internet+" development level,manufacturing innovation-driven capability,the Impact of "Internet+" on manufacturing innovation-driven capability and the degree of integration of "Internet+" and manufacturing in 11 cities in Zhejiang Province from 2011 to 2016.The research results show that there are obvious differences between the "Internet+" development level and the manufacturing innovation-driven ability of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province.The "Internet+" development level has a significant positive correlation with the manufacturing innovation-driven capacity of Zhejiang cities,and the degree of impact have regional differences.The degree of integration of "Internet+" and the manufacturing in Hangzhou and Ningbo in the northeastern Zhejiang region is good,and Jinhua City leads the southwestern region of Zhejiang.In general,the advantage of the northeastern region of Zhejiang is significantly larger than that of the southwestern region of Zhejiang.Finally,it discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for how to improve the level of integration of "Internet+" and manufacturing in Zhejiang Province.Compared with the past,this paper uses the improved grey correlation analysis method based on entropy method and the TOPSIS analysis method based on factor analysis,which makes the empirical results more objective and more important reference value for relevant departmental decision-making.
