As the leading enterprise of agricultural development in Xinjiang,JD Group Company is trying to build a "open,cooperative and prosperous" agricultural products purchasing,transportation,sales,warehousing and other connected domestic,radiation the whole Xinjiang agricultural product system.However,in the process of the development of the group company,problems such as the disconnection between the function development strategy and the overall development strategy of the enterprise,especially the problems in human resource management,have seriously restricted the implementation and development of the overall strategy of the company.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the optimization and design of human resource management system under the business development strategy of JD Group Company,which will promote the change of human resource management mode and realize the established blueprint of enterprise development.The main contents of the study include the following aspects: first,the study draws lessons from the enterprise development strategy,human resource management theory and methods to analyze the current situation of human resource management under the business development strategy of the group company.The existing problems and the causes of the human resources management system are deeply analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of exploring the causes of the problems in the human resources management functional departments,combined with the relevant theories and management experience at home and abroad to design the optimal design measures of human resource management system under the business development strategy of the group company;finally,the research carried on the safeguard analysis to the group company smooth and effective implementation each optimized measure.The results show that the main causes of human resource management system problems in JD Group are human resource planning,employee recruitment,training and development,performance management and salary management.One of the most important is that the human resources management system does not make timely adjustment and deployment for the business development strategy of the group company.Therefore,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of strategic human resource management system.Including from the human resources planning,recruitment management,employee performance and salary management aspects of the improvement measures and from the enterprise system protection,three aspects of organizational security and cultural security are constructed to effectively implement the human resources management system optimization measures.Finally,it is concluded that if the human resources management system does not match with the companyundefineds business development strategy,the implementation of the companyundefineds business development strategy will be hindered.Therefore,an important functional area for the effective implementation of the business development strategy is to further optimize and improve the matching with the companyundefineds business development strategy.Especially the optimization and design of human resource management is the foundation and important guarantee of the ability system and organizational system construction and cultural construction of the companyundefineds business development strategy.From the results of the study,we can see that corporate strategic management is a system engineering.When formulating the overall strategy and the business development strategy,we should consider the consistency of each functional strategy,only to maintain the consistency of the two.In order to fundamentally ensure the companyundefineds overall strategy to achieve smoothly.
