The New Urbanization Perspective Of Xinjiang City-industry Integration Development Performance Evaluation And Influencing Factor Research

Under the background of the new urbanization in China,the industry-city integration is becoming more and more important as one of the main means of promoting the new urbanization.The industry-city integration the transformation and upgrading of the industry and the improvement of urban function,and provides the necessary population and resources for urban construction with the function of industrial population absorption and economic support.At the same time,with urban public service,infrastructure,and other functions to around town for industry agglomeration provide necessary software and hardware conditions,in order to promote the complementary of the between industry and urban development,in space and composite,and finally realizes the industry together with the fusion between towns.Xinjiang has a large area,a relatively low level of development,a weak industrial base,and a serious separation of production cities.It is imperative to promote a new type of urbanization with the industry-city integration.Based on the industrial location theory,the theory of garden city,and the dual economic structure theory as the theoretical basis,summarizing production city integration development both at home and abroad,on the basis of related research,combined with the specific requirements of the new type of urbanization on city fusion,the new type of urbanization and the connotation of city integration.Then the development status and development level of Xinjiang production city are analyzed.Secondly,the DEA model is used to measure the integrated development performance of Xinjiang production city.Thirdly,the theoretical framework of the influencing factors of urban integration development is constructed,and the influence factors of the fusion development of Xinjiang production city are studied with the fixed effect model.Finally,based on the conclusion of the research on the fusion development of Xinjiang production city,the corresponding policy Suggestions are put forward.Through research,this paper the following conclusions:(1)the industrial base of Xinjiang was continuously strengthened,but there was a certain gap in the level of industrial development in different regions.The scale of urban population has been expanding,and the infrastructure and public services have been greatly improved.However,there is a phenomenon of unbalanced urban development between different cities.On the whole,the foundation of Xinjiang production city has been consolidated.(2)the development level of the whole industry-city integration of Xinjiang shows an upward trend,and the development of human beings,urban development and industrial development are more obvious in promoting the integration of production cities.Among them,human development has the most obvious effect on the integration of production city.However,the synergetic development of the production city is relatively small,and there is no necessary planning and systematic advance measures for the coordinated development of the city.The development level of the city and city in Xinjiang is on the rise,but there is a certain gap between different cities.Among them,the development level of urumqi and karamay is relatively high in the cities.Hetian,kezhou and altay are relatively backward.(3)the industry-city integration development performance of Xinjiang's decline.Dueto the unreasonable investment structure of some years,the pure technical efficiency of Xinjiang has fluctuated greatly,but most years are in an effective state.This is mainly due to the very obvious.(5)The development level of industry-city integration is influenced by many factors.The improvement of agricultural development,the degree of marketization,the continuous progress of science and technology,the degree of opening to the outside world and the accumulation of human capital on the development of the industry-city integration has significant positive role in promoting.And they ranked the size of the contribution to the industry-city integration:human capital,the progress of science and technology,and the development of agricultural development.While the
