Study On The Development Of City-Industry Integration In Lanzhou City During The Process Of New Urbanization

Under the background of the new people-oriented urbanization,the integration of city and industry has become the current trend of urban construction.Industrial development needs to rely on urban and urban development can not be separated from the industry.The two can only integrate and infiltrate each other to promote sustainable economic development.The development of city-industry integration is the key to the realization of new-type urbanization and is also the core to lead the development of Lanzhou City.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development of city-industry integration in Lanzhou during the process of new urbanization.Through the study of the existing literature,it can be found that most of the research objects of the academia in the integration of city-industry are confined to the new districts and industrial agglomeration areas.Both the new district and the industrial agglomeration district are part of the city,if they are discussed separately from the entire city.It is difficult to comprehensively assess the overall city-industry integration level;in addition,academic indicators are more focused on economic development and urban construction,and neglect the core of the city's main “human”development issues.In the final analysis,the integration of city-industry must return to human development,integrating industry,city,and people into one framework can make a rational and comprehensive analysis ofthe development of the integration of city-industry.Under the background of new urbanization,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for industrial development and urban construction,and selects data from 2012 to 2016 in Lanzhou City,and uses the entropy method and the coupling degree of coordination to calculate the degree of integration of city-industry.The empirical results show that from 2012 to 2016,the degree of integration between city and industry in Lanzhou City changed from highly separated,basically separated,and moderately integrated to moderately integrated.To achieve a high degree of integration of industries,cities,and people,there are still many problems that need to be resolved.First,the industry's role in promoting the integration of city-industry in Lanzhou is insufficient;this paper proposes countermeasures from the industrial side,including strengthening industrial support,developing strategic emerging industries and characteristic advantageous industries,promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,and vigorously developing the tertiary industry to absorb labor.Second,the lagging urban infrastructure restricts the pace of integration between city and industry;this paper proposes countermeasures to speed up urban infrastructure construction.Third,the unbalanced economic development among regions has limited the integration of city and industry;this paper proposes countermeasures forcoordinating regional economic development.Fourth,the obstacles to institutional mechanisms;this paper proposes countermeasures to integrate human-centered ideas in the process of the development of city-industry integration.
