Research On The Impact Of International Service Outsourcing Model On Corporate Innovation Ability

In 2017,the Ministry of Commerce and other five departments issued the "13th Five-Year"plan for the development of international service outsourcing industry,putting forward"Optimize the industrial structure","Focus on developing high technology and high value-added comprehensive service outsourcing,extending to the high-end value chain of industry.Facing the trend of the transformation and upgrading of China's service outsourcing industry,it is particularly important for corporates to improve innovation ability by choosing different international service outsourcing models selectively.Through the analysis of the impact mechanism of international service outsourcing on corporate innovation ability and the comparison of three models of international service outsourcing,the paper analyzed the different influence of the international service outsourcing models on the corporate innovation ability,and then taking the 151 listed companies of information technology industry as sample,the paper studied the influence of international service outsourcing on corporate innovation ability and the different effects of three international service outsourcing models on corporate innovation ability.and descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,single factor variance method and multiple regression method have been adopted.The results showed that undertaking international service outsourcing has a significant positive impact on corporate innovation ability,and the models of international service outsourcing have a significant impact on corporate innovation ability.Although international service outsourcing income do not seen obvious influence on corporate innovation ability,but from the coefficient of regression results,it may be suggested that the promoting effects of the three models on corporate innovation ability are KPO,ITO and BPO in turn.This paper explores the different effects of three international service outsourcing models on corporate innovation ability,which makes a theoretical supplement to the research on the relationship between international service outsourcing and corporate innovation ability,and provides guidance and advice for corporates to carry out international service outsourcing business and for government to formulate relevant policies.
