In recent years,hotel industry competition and the competition of human capital are aggravating in the hotel industry.In the face of the brutal competition.The managers of hotel have to raise the requirements of employees and want employees can work wholeheartedly.However,employees lack service awareness,sense of responsibility,professional dedication and enthusiasm at work,has already become an indisputable fact of hotels,especially in economy hotels in China.The existence of such contradiction makes it very necessary to conduct in-depth research on the job involvement of economy hotel employees.Based on the research of organizational climate,organizational identification and job involvement,this paper takes the employees of economy hotels as the research object.Based on the depth interviews,this paper mainly discusses the structure of the organizational climate of economy hotels in China and to find out the impact of economy hotel organizational climate on the job involvement of employees.Then we propose relevant hypothesis and build the structural model.Then analyzing the data with SPSS23.0 and AMOS17.0 statistical analysis software,which is to verify the rationality of the hypothesis.The results show that:(1)The organizational climate of economy hotels contains five dimensions: the organizational support,adequate resources,team work,the meaning of work and environment freedom.(2)The organizational climate significantly affects job involvement.Specifically,the organizational support,adequate resources,team work,the meaning of work and environment freedom significantly affect vigor;the organizational support,adequate resources,the meaning of work and environment freedom significantly affect dedication;the organizational support,adequate resources,the meaning of work and environment freedom significantly affect absorption.(3)Organizational identification partly mediates the relationship between organizational climate and job involvement.Finally,according to the conclusion of this study,we put forward some suggestions for the practice and theoretical research on economy hotels management,the weakness of this paper as well as further studies.
