Research On The Multi-value Evaluation Index System Of Hotel Investment

In recent years,hotel investment has shown an early warning state,and the environment,ecology,and other aspects have also received increasing attention.Therefore,how to invest in hotels from the perspective of sustainable development has received more attention.Although there are many researches on the evaluation index system of hotel investment feasibility at home and abroad,most of them are based on economic evaluation.The evaluation indicators are one-sided,and few studies are conducted from the perspective of system integration.In this paper,withfull consideration of the externalities of hotel investment in ecology and society,a multi-value evaluation index system for hotel investment based on sustainable development has been constructed using the literature review method in combination with related norms and standards.Three levels including the criteria level,index level,and factor level have been derived,as well as ecological development,economic development,society development,corporate resources,technology solutions,product solutions,market capacity,and macro-environment are the criteria level,as well as refined 25 indicators and 78 evaluation elements.Then,the questionnaire method and AHP method were used to study the corresponding weights of the evaluation indicators.Through the quantitative indicators' actual scores and the qualitative index expert scores,a method for comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of hotel investment projects was proposed,which could be more scientific and comprehensive to determine project feasibility.The multi-value evaluation index system of hotel investment in this paper evaluates the feasibility of hotel investment and puts forward evaluation criteria.Considering the hotel's social responsibility and the innovation of business model,this article highlights the inspiration to the hotel industry,advocates the integrated development of the economic-society-ecological three-in-one,and tries to promote the community to pay more attention to the sustainable development of the hotel industry.
