The Research On The Risk Management Strategy For Constructing CMCC Capability's Open Platform

Since twenty century later,with the continuous breakthroughs of the mobile communication technology,the CMCC have been developing rapidly for twenty years.But the origin of internet technology later cause the inernet developpment more rapidly in scope and depth,becoming the CMCC's strong struggle for existence.What causing the result are the different way of developpment,the internet that is with open attitude and free way from the begining,open their core ability to the world.While the CMCC has been developing in the closed way all the time.With the arrival of the IOT times,a new even bigger window is opened.The CMCC has much advantage in multiple links of the IOT industrial chain.Because much uncertainty is existing,So making a good risk management,constructing the open ability platform building a benign cycle of ecological environment are the emergency action for CMCC.In this thesis,based on the risk management theory and method,combined with the open ability platform project of CMCC,I identify the existing risks.Risks can be divided into three categories: technology,law,system and policy.Through the analysis and evaluation of these risk points,the processing strategy comes up.The research results present the supportment for the platform.
