Abstract/Summary:
Ever since Cross-border E-Commence was published in government's Report for the first time as a new concept it grows rapidly and attracts many people involved in from individual sellers and small businessmen to traditional foreign trade factories and companies.The trading volume grows at an average of 30% annually with more diversified products and specialized industry enter the market compared to former normal daily consumer goods.More and more new cross-border E-trading platforms appear and expand from developed countries and regions to global markets.Rapid development of Cross-border E-Commence brings strong demand expansion for relative resources such as supply chain,operation service,marketing,talents,finance etc.which can't be supplied correspondingly.The lagging resources resulting in lack of industry regulation and safeguards,unfinished evaluation standard makes the rare proved excellent resources overcharged inevitably.The thesis starts from the analysis of current situation of Cross-border E-Commence industry at the aspect of main business model,mainstream popular platforms and key elements of business to conclude the core demand of the market.Digging out the existing problems in the development of the current cross-border E-commence industry by SWOT analysis method.Based on the research of S Company and its self-developed IT system-S-Boss,the author tries to find out the developing direction of 3-Party resource service suppliers of the industry by integrating dispersed resource,establishing industry standards and credit system.According to marketing 4P theory,some researches on traditional offline marketing integrated with online marketing strategy are also stated from marketing channels and marketing techniques two aspects.Since there is neither mature 3-Party service platform in cross-border E-commence industry nor successful experience we can refer to.The author discusses the business model of 3-Party service platform in cross-border E-commence industry based on his practical working experience for many years,hoping to do his own contributions to the development of Chinese cross-border E-commence industry.
