Research On Project Cost Management Of Agent Construction System

At present,with the deepening of China's market,the rate of adoption of agent construction management mode is higher and higher in the local government investment project.By using the models constantly,research on agent management system continues to promote exploration.In the management mode of agent construction system,agent construction units play an important role as an important participant,and its management level is directly related to the construction of the entire project.Government investment projects often have a short period of construction as well as large scale of investment.In the whole process the government investment plays the role of not only the construction and management,but also the operation.But the government lacks professional identity,so more operational problems appear in project construction projects such as: super size,super standard,the overall budget over budget etc..Therefore,the agent construction system has gradually become the main mode of government investment projects.In the process of project management,cost is not only one of the three major goals of project management,but also one of the difficulties in management.But at present,the research on project cost management of government investment agent system is relatively few.In this paper,the author analyzes the Chinese government project cost management,elaborates the government investment project cost management experience in western developed country,and combines the reality of our country to put forward the joint cost control system,control system and strive to use scientific and reasonable control of the total cost of the project,and effectively improve the government project investment results.This article explains the cost control system of agent construction project from two aspects.The first is the construction of cost management organization system.That is to improve and perfect the cost management system process on the basis of the construction of cost management organization structure through scientific and reasonable means,and to realize the cost control of agent construction project through the cost management form data.The second is the specific cost management of each stage of the project construction.According to the order of the project construction,the implementation of the project is divided into the construction pro phase,the implementation period and the late construction stage.In every period we should clear the project cost management respectively.In the implementation of the project,the author uses the Monte Carlo simulation algorithm.The total amount of investment in the construction project is estimated by using the value engineering;or entropy method,quota design of project design;the bidding mode of the project contract mode and contract model to confirm.In the implementation of the project,the cost management method is used to control the cost and deal with various problems in the process of project construction.In the late stage of the project construction,we should do a good job in the cost accounting,cost audit and project accounting of the whole project.At the same time,the author uses case analysis method to test the cost control system proposed by Yancheng City Cultural and Art Center.In the process of Yancheng City Cultural and Art Center project construction,although the overall project conducted a number of adjustments and modifications,the entire project is the balance of nearly 5 million yuan as a result of the combined control system of cost.The case highlights the theoretical system of practical utility.
