The Application Research Of Project Management In Post Integrated Services Platform Construction

Integrated service platform is an indispensable tool to serve the people's livelihood and also a new way to accelerate social progress and economic development.With the rapid development of the economy,especially the surge of Internet economy,the integrated service platform has become one of the important channels to provide modern services.Construction of integrated service platform will contribute to the rapid development of the equalization of public services which is the goal of the modern government to realize.Based on the Suzhou Postal Integrated service platform construction,this paper makes a research of the links and problems of the construction of Suzhou Postal Integrated service platform from the way of project management.Combining with the status of domestic and international integrated service platform construction and focusing on Suzhou post practice,this paper study the overall management,time management,,scope management,cost management,quality management,communication management,human resource management,purchasing management,risk management and by quantitative analysis and data description.Stressing the research of project schedule,cost and other key points,all aspects and overall level of the project are effectively controlled.This paper aims to make the similar projects more systematic,normative,orderly,effective to ensure the success by using the project management theory and method of the Postal Integrated Service Platform,which can provide reference for China Post in a larger range.
