Research On Construction Of Integrated Service Platform Based On Technology Incubator Network

In the modern economy,the incubator has become the core of many national and regional innovation systems for the help and support of the incubation function which make start-up enterprise fast growth and development.With the aggravation of competition,the limited resources of a single incubator are difficult to meet the needs of innovation,science and technology incubator network of the scale and network become the inevitable trend of the future incubator business development.How to improve their own competitiveness in the business incubator and how to get the most real service from the incubator is an urgent problem to be considered and solved.The service capability of incubator is not strong and the construction of service platform is not perfect.In a great extent,it restricted the development of China's incubation industry.Construction of core service capability is very important for the construction and development of incubation network,and building integrated service platform is an important means to improve the ability of incubator services.First of all,the thesis introduces the related theory of technology incubator network and integrated service platform,analyses the technology incubator network development present situation,points out that the construction of the importance of science and integrated service platform based on technology incubator network.Then,the thesis constructs the integrated service platform of technology incubator network.The overall framework of the integrated service platform is summarized and refined based on a large number of literature research and field research.The thesis discusses the construction content,construction mode,management mode and service mode,in order to improve the construction and management of the integrated service platform system based on technology incubation network,improving the efficiency of enterprises in incubation services.The thesis builds a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of 8 level two indexes and 21 level three indexes from three aspects of service capacity,incubation performance and operation management,and designs a comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP,variation coefficient method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking integrated service platform of Dalian Venture Park as an example,analysis of present situation and the problem of the integrated service platform from the construction content,construction mode,management mode and service mode.Then,the thesis evaluates its performance,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the integrated service platform construction based on the problems and performance evaluation results.
