The Research Of Critical Chain Used In Y Compony Project Management

With more and more severe competition in the domestic and international market, Chinese companies face higher and higher pressure because the raw material and labour cost are becoming higher and higher. These companies can not depend on low labour cost to win the race in the global market any longer. It is the time for them to change the way of operating the company by increasing the level of management.This article is from the viewpoint of increasing the level of project management as a trigger to improve the total management level of the company by using the Critical Chain management of TOC (Theory of Constraints).The structure of the article is: firstly, introduce the original of this article and the method of research, then analyse the merits and demerits of the normal tools of managing projects, like Gantt Chart,PERT and CPM. Thirdly, TOC and CCM are introduced to solve the problems which Gantt Chart,PERT and CPM can not solve in the project management. Fourthly, a model and process will be built to lead people to buy in TOC and CCM, and try to use them. Last, a real example will be given to show how to use TOC and CCM in the company.
