In recent years,the rapid development of the real estate,the internal human resources performance management system has many problems,such as performance management is not in place to implement the performance management system,backward,index setting differences and other issues,has seriously affected the healthy development of Real Estate Company.As the core of human resource management,performance management plays an important role in human resource management system,and it is well integrated with other modules of human resource system.Effective performance management system can promote the effective development of enterprise human resource management modules,and can also improve the efficiency of human resource management.Performance management through the decomposition of the enterprise strategy to each business unit and various departments,and decomposition to each position,the final implementation of the specific staff on each post,through the staff to achieve the performance objectives of the position.Therefore,the establishment of a fair,reasonable and efficient performance management system for each employee's performance management,improve and improve,so as to enhance the overall performance of the enterprise,the enterprise competitiveness and value increasing,the enterprise can obtain competitive advantage in the market.This paper attempts to study the theory of performance management,combined with the existing performance management and corporate Real Estate Company AY paste,using the method of literature review,questionnaire survey method and experience method,three kinds of methods to analyze the performance management of the goal setting is not in place,the lack of system of communication,assessment methods and the feedback mechanism of slow update the management is not perfect and use a single problem,so as to explore a set of suitable AY Real Estate Company's performance management system.Through the new performance management program,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees of AY company,to improve the performance of employees,and ultimately help companies to achieve the strategic objectives set.Mainly includes six parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and research status at home and abroad;the related theory of the second part of the performance management system,lay the foundation for this study;the third part of the questionnaire on the performance management system of AY company were analyzed;the fourth part puts forward the optimization countermeasures the performance management system of AY company;provide safeguard measures the fifth part optimization of AY company performance management system;the sixth part summarizes the conclusions of this paper,put forward the shortcomings.
