Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in China.In the early time of reform and opening up,our country relied on abundant cheap labor to vigorously develop the processing trade,and became the world's first manufacturing country with a quarter of the international market share through cost competitive advantage.However,in recent years,the rapidly rising costs has undercut price advantage,which is a common problem of manufacturing enterprises in our country in the new period,and how to reduce costs become the most important way of manufacturing enterprises break through the dilemma.The material purchasing cost ratio of manufacturing enterprise is higher,although it is different in enterprises,about forty to seventy percent of the overall operating costs.Therefore,how to compress the purchasing cost is the key for the manufacturing enterprises to strengthen cost management.The central procurement is a new purchasing mode imported from abroad in recent years,which is recognized and adopted by large group companies and other organizations.In the current stage of market competition gradually from the monomer competition to supply chain collaboration competition,the central purchasing strengthen more on the supply chain synergy,and it needs to set up purchasing management department in the center of the headquarters to focus on the purchasing authority and functions,and through merging procurement to play scale effect,and through simplification of the procurement activities to reduce costs,and through the unity of the procurement process to promote efficiency of management,thus realizing goals of improving the quality of procurement efficiency while costs controlled.These outstanding advantages of central purchasing attract more and more companies to adopt it instead of central procurement model,and the Z group also established the central purchasing mode two years ago based on their own development needs.However,due to the short operating time and imperfect mechanism,the central purchasing mode is still far from the desired effect in spite it was helpful for the lower procurement costs and more efficiency.In this context,this thesis took Z group as an example to study the central purchasing mode of manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of supply chain coordination.And the main contents and conclusions are as follows.The first part is the introduction and the theoretical foundation,which mainly elaborated the research value,the research framework and the basic theory;The second part is the status analysis.From the three dimensions of process management,supplier management and information management,the thesis discussed the achievements and problems of the central procurement in Z group.And used Logistic model to dig deeper into the main influence factors:the importance sequence is as setting up purchasing information platform(4.3354),the supplier selection mechanism(4.2898),the purchase approval process(4.2474),supplier relationship maintenance(3.1412),the purchase information sharing level(2.3775),the efficiency of purchasing and supply management(1.3277);The third part is the optimization plan design of central procurement.Firstly,the whole idea of the design is briefly expounded,and then the improvement strategies are put forward according to the actual problems and influencing factors of Z group.In the aspect of procurement process optimization: the central procurement process is restructured.The new process emphasizes more about the basic data collection,adding the emergency material deployment function,and the whole process management of the supplier is emphasized.In the aspect of supplier management optimization: strengthening selection and evaluation of supplier,improving assessment mechanism of the suppliers,and establishing better partnership with suppliers;In the aspect of information management optimization,a central purchasing management information platform is established,which composed of purchasing decision platform,supplier management platform,material allocation platform and demand management platform.The fourth part is summary and prospect.The main conclusions were summarized from the aspects of management present situation,influencing factors,optimization scheme and safeguard measures.Finally,analyzed the research deficiencies and perfect direction from the complexity of the realistic environment and continuous implementation of improvement.
