Talents are the foundation of enterprises.Without suitable talents,there is no successful enterprise.As the promoters and creators of enterprises,talents will play an increasingly important role.There are many kinds of factors that affect the development of enterprises,but those who have more excellent,more active,and more suitable corporate strategies than their counterparts in an increasingly fierce commercial competition are the most difficult factors to build their own development advantages.The rapid,stable and sustainable development of the small and medium-sized enterprises should be followed by the gradual attention of the talents from the inside to the outside.However,most of the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country still aim to fill the vacancies passively,which has not only failed to give full play to the strategic role of human resources management,but also caused a great hidden danger in the follow-up work of human resources management.Among them SQ garden company is a representative example.In the daily recruitment,the recruitment of SQ garden company is often random.There are no specific standards for the recruitment posts,and the employing departments do not have specific requirements for recruiting posts.The recruitment implementers can not identify the ability and quality of the candidates in a scientific way.All of this cost a lot of manpower,material and financial resources of the enterprise,resulting in very limited effectiveness of recruitment results.Therefore,we need to explore more scientific recruitment strategies for SQ garden company recruitment.From the angle of combining theory with practice,this paper applies the basic theory of human resource management and personnel recruitment,according to the logical structure of "putting forward questions-analyzing problems-solving problems".Through analyzing the status,existing problems and reasons of the recruitment of SQ garden company,this paper sums up the characteristics of the recruitment of SQ garden company.On this basis,the recruitment of all aspects of the recruitment process is carried out in order to improve the recruitment level of SQ garden company.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the recruitment of SQ garden company.
