Research On The Industry Green Development And Spatial Organization Of Restricted Development Zone In Jilin Province

Under the background of rapid development of the global economy and worsening of the ecological environment,the industry green development is a new type of industrial development model,which is explored by human beings,which is friendly to the environment and sustainable and efficient in economy.Industrial green development is a response to "sustainable development" and "ecological civilization construction" from the industrial level,aiming at building high efficiency,low consumption and Pollution-free industrial structure and mode of production,achieving comprehensive and coordinated economic,social and ecological development.Restricted Development Zone as an important agricultural,ecological and other functional zones,where is the most acute zone between "development" and "protection" in China,where undertakes the national mission of "limiting development" and the demand and pressure of economic breakthrough and development in underdeveloped areas.Jilin Province,as an important commodity grain production base and ecological functional zone,has an absolute proportion of Restricted Development Zone.On the basis of the industry green development related studies,this paper takes the Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province as the research object,trying to analyze on the relationship between the industry green development and the spatial organization from the perspective of geography,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to innovate the new mode of industry development,to maintain the integrity of industrial ecosystem,to promote the effective transformation of economic development mode and regional sustainable development.This paper focused on the following aspects:(1)The basic reviewed that the related theories and research progress of industry green development.The analysis some related concepts about Restricted Development Zone,industry green development and industry spatial organization,some theories of Major Function Oriented Zone,green development,sustainable development and industrial spatial organization,research progress of industry green development are comprehensive review,not only achieve a further understanding of industry green development,also further clarifies the content and point in this paper.(2)The analysis of the industry green development of Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province.Through the analysis that the quality of regional ecological environment,industrial structure and its evolution characteristics,summarizes the necessity and urgency of the industry green development of Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province.SWOT analysis method is used to sum up the external conditions and action factors that affect the industry green development of Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province.(3)The analysis of the industry green development level and influence factors of Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province.By constructing the evaluation index system of the industry green development level of region,using comprehensive indexmethod,entropy weight method and spatial analysis method,etc.,analyzing the dynamic changes and spatial disparities of the industry green development of Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province.And then factors are also explored in this part,in order to define the orientation and direction of the industry green development of region.(4)Research on the industry spatial organization of Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province from the perspective of the green development.Whether the industry spatial organization is reasonable or not will promote or inhibit the industry green development.Therefore,while measuring the industry green development level of region,based on the theoretical guidance of the analysis framework of regional industry spatial organization under the perspective of green development,analyzing the industry spatial organization of Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province from the region and park scale,and combined with the development situation of region,clarifying the key directions and fields of Restricted Development Zone in Jilin Province in the future.
